New Hampshire Attorney General's Office
The Attorney General is the State's chief legal officer and chief law enforcement officer. The Attorney General acts as the State's lawyer in all civil and criminal cases in the Supreme Court, and is responsible for the general supervision of all criminal law enforcement in the State of New Hampshire.
The Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau protects consumers from unfair and deceptive business practices in New Hampshire. When businesses misrepresent, do not provide, or provide poor quality services or products to people, the Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau will question the businesss practices, and can, if necessary, take the business to court and ask a judge to make a decision.
